For lunch on Friday early December 2025, my son suggested Sahara Middle Eastern in the CBD. We ordered lamb and roce and sat outside admiring the lovely building the restaurant is housed in. When our meals were ready they were served covered in a large to keep them warm. The lamb was beautiful, cooked to perfection! And very large servings too. My meat was three times the size of my palm, do I took a third home for later. The service was friendly and efficient, and the passing parade of people on the street all had lovely smiles on their faces. Another enjoyable late lunch with my son!

Food is delicious. The chicken is very tender. All good. Price is acceptable. We order 1 set and eat together.
As soon as I took my first bite, I was planning my next visit. This is a true gem in Perth CBD! Fluffy rice, flavourful meats and wonderful service is what you can expect at Sahara Middle Eastern Cuisine! The chicken is juicy and fall off the bone tender. The lamb is glistening and sweet well seasoned with spices yet not spicy. I love how the owner greeted in my native tongue, a testament to the immaculate service and amazing cuisine here!
This was my first experience trying Lamb Mandi, and it was delicious. I literally ate the lamb shank with a spoon, it was that tender. The portion size was very generous, and the rice had a lovely fragrant taste of cardamom and clove. The chili sauce here is also amazing and packed with flavor. I would love to buy a bottle or 4 of it. :D but be warned it is quite spicy. The staff were very attentive and friendly.
Delicious food. Only have 2 choices - lamb or chicken mandy. We tried both. Very tender and succulent. Huge portion. 2 dishes for 4 of us.
Ordered Lamb Mandi With Rice today. The lamb was amazing. It melts in my mouth. I think it's the softest lamb I've ever tasted in my life. Rice was in generous portion too. He knew I like spicy food, so he gave me sambal and their special tomato sauce. Definitely will return
